1 cup snail, 5 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons Chili sauce, 1 50g dew sunflower, 250g leek,1teaspoon Chili noodles, 2 teaspoons flour, 1/2 teaspoons chopped green onion and 1/2 teaspoons garlic paste.
working methods
(1) Soak the snail for about 5 hours, spit out the mud, wash it, take it out with boiling water, and pick out the meat with a needle.
(2) Add rice-washing water to the soup for boiling snails, and then cook the sauce and Chili sauce.
(3) Add chopped leek, dew sunflower and shredded onion and cook.
(4) Cook for a while, then dip a layer of flour in the taro soup and put it in the soup before cooking.
(5) Put Chili noodles, chop chopped green onion and mash garlic.
