Ingredients
400g bacon 2 red peppers 1 chive 1 cooking oil 30g tempeh 1 tablespoon MSG
Method
< p>1. Wash the bacon with hot water, steam it for about 1 hour, take it out and cut it into thick slices, and put it into a bowl;2. Wash the tempeh and mash it; remove the seeds from the red pepper and cut it into pieces. Crush; wash and chop the chives;
3. Heat oil in a pot, sauté the tempeh, red pepper and chives until fragrant, add MSG and pour them all on the bacon, then steam the bacon for a while That’s it.
Note
Salty and slightly spicy, fresh but not greasy. Because bacon is salty, it needs to be soaked in warm water for a while before steaming.
