4. Differences in cooking methods: Luffa: The most common way to make ribbed melon is to make soup with eggs or lean meat. In Hunan, almost every household drinks loofah and egg soup in summer. It is customary to rub the skin of the baleng melon to remove the melon seeds after it is grown.
