1. A five-grain tea: blood-enriching health-care tea.
Tea material: 30G mung bean and jujube, appropriate amount of brown sugar and 500ML water.
Practice: Wash mung beans and red dates, drain water, and add water to the pot. Cook over high heat, then turn to low heat, cook until the beans are rotten, add brown sugar and mix well, filter the residue to get juice, and serve.
2. A black tea: Buxue Xiangchun tea
Tea material: 5G black tea, 35ML red wine, orange 1 piece, hot water 100ML.
Practice: Wash and juice oranges for later use; Add black tea and hot water to the pot and soak for 2 minutes. Put orange juice and red wine into a cup and mix well, then pour in black tea. After mixing well, you can use it more.
