Method for making fresh sweet potato leaves
Fresh sweet potato leaves can be steamed and eaten. Remove stems from sweet potato leaves, wash, control water, add appropriate amount of salt, add chopped green onion, stir well, then add flour several times, preferably with flour on both sides of each sweet potato leaf, then add water to the pot, put the sweet potato leaves on a steam grate and cook for 15-20 minutes. You can eat it with garlic sauce.
