clinical application
1 Treatment of acute infectious hepatitis
25 cases of icteric and non-icteric infectious hepatitis were observed by oral administration of Artemisia argyi (Artemisia angustifolia) decoction, and all the results were obtained. Among them, 23 cases were cured recently (main symptoms disappeared, hepatomegaly returned to normal or unchanged, and liver function test was normal), and 2 cases were obviously improved (main symptoms disappeared, hepatomegaly returned to normal or unchanged, thymol turbidity test of liver function test improved, and other items were normal). The average cure time is 20 days. The curative effect of symptoms and signs is satisfactory, especially the appetite recovery is the most rapid and significant. After an average of 2 days of treatment, the appetite improved and returned to normal after 9 days. In the recovery of liver function, transaminase decreased rapidly, and returned to normal in average 16.5 days; The average time for jaundice patients (19 cases) to return to normal was 13.8 days. Thymol turbidity test showed that 10 of the 2 abnormal cases returned to normal in an average of 24.7 days. 13 of the cured cases underwent liver function reexamination within 3 months after discharge, of which 12 were normal; 1 case was reexamined 1 month after discharge, and alanine aminotransferase was above 1 19 units (which may be related to premature drug withdrawal and immediate physical exercise), and then returned to normal after treatment with Artemisia argyi. Preparation and usage: the whole plant (dry product) of Artemisia selengensis is cleaned and chopped, and decocted in water twice, each time 1 hour, and the liquid medicines are combined, concentrated to 500 grams of crude drugs per 500 ml of liquid medicine, and added with an appropriate amount of preservatives. Adults should take 50 ~100 ml twice a day, and children should reduce it at their discretion. At the same time, vitamin B 1, vitamin c and yeast tablets were taken orally; Patients with high fever or a few people who can't eat at the initial stage are given an appropriate amount of10% glucose solution intravenously1~ 3 days. After taking the above dosage of Artemisia selengensis decoction for a short period of time, the liver function of some patients did not recover quickly, but returned to normal quickly after taking it twice. Therefore, when the therapeutic effect is not significant, the adult dose can be increased to 200 grams per day (crude drug), and no adverse reactions are found. Once 1 patient took 250 ml of decoction daily, and no side effects occurred.
Treatment of burns
Take 40g of whole herb of Anoplophora anomala (species unknown) and borneol 1 g, and put them into a sterilized hole bowl and grind them. After mixing, add a proper amount of sesame oil (about 60 ml) sterilized by dry heat, and make it into a thin paste for external use. When using, stir well. If there is massive condensation, it must be stirred and ground before use. Twenty-four cases of second and third degree burns were treated, some of them were applied for 2 ~ 4 times, and recovered after 3 ~ 5 days, and some were changed for 6 ~10 times, which lasted for 2 ~ 3 weeks. Patients with severe burns should pay attention to the management of systemic complications, such as transfusion, blood transfusion, plasma transfusion, and the application of antibiotics.
