6. Immediately soak a proper amount of medlar in water for half a day, and wash the impurities for later use.
7. Then rose petals are optional. I want to add some fragrance, and I can also use osmanthus flowers.
8. Next, after washing a proper amount of jujube, cut it with scissors to remove the core, and set it aside as shown in the picture.

10. Then pour a proper amount of yellow rice wine and donkey-hide gelatin into the soup pot, heat it with low fire, and constantly stir the ingredients in the pot during the heating process.

16. Apply a layer of sesame oil to the special mold, pour the boiled donkey-hide gelatin slurry while it is hot, stir it to discharge the bubbles inside, and smooth the surface. Let it stand naturally to cool to normal temperature, and then put it in the refrigerator for one night.
17. finally, after the donkey-hide gelatin is cooled, it will naturally solidify, and then it can be demoulded and eaten.
