500g spareribs, beans 15 or so, 2 potatoes, 2 short shallots, half sliced ginger, 5-6 heads of garlic, 3 dried peppers, 4-5 pieces of pepper, star anise 1 piece, fragrant leaves 1 piece, and cinnamon 1 piece.
