1. Ingredients: 500 grams of carrots.
2. Seasoning: appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, appropriate amount of mint, appropriate amount of sesame oil, appropriate amount of vinegar, appropriate amount of salt and appropriate amount of garlic.
3. Cut the carrots into shreds, put them into a bowl, and sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt.
4. Salt it for two hours and squeeze out the water.
5. Heat the oil pan and add minced garlic.
6. Add appropriate amount of white sesame seeds.
7. Finally add chili sauce and fry it in oil.
8. Pour the popped seasoning on top. To make it look better, I picked a few mint leaves and put them on top, added some sesame oil and vinegar.
9. Mix it and it’s ready to eat.
