Steps
1. Peel the skin and remove the seeds of the sour papaya and then slice it into thin slices.
2. Boil a pot of water.
3. Turn off the heat when the water comes to a boil, remove the pot from the heat and put the papaya slices into the hot water to kill the bacteria.
4. Dry the blanched papaya slices and let them cool for two hours.
5. Add 200 grams of sugar and mix well and marinate overnight.
6. The next day, the marinated papaya slices dry sugar water, put in the sun for 5 or 6 hours.
7. In the evening, mix the remaining sugar into the papaya slices and marinate for one night, and then take it to the sun the next day to dry, until the water dries out, then you can seal it and keep it for consumption.
Tips
The amount of sugar according to personal taste into the sour papaya flavor is very acidic so I put two sugar marinade, if it is ordinary fruit, mixed with a sugar marinade can be dried.
