Ingredients: mung bean sprouts, eggs and shallots.
Exercise:
1. Clean mung bean sprouts, dry them, and dice the shallots;
2. Stir-fry the eggs into poached eggs, and leave the bottom oil in the pot to stir-fry shallots and garlic;
3. Add bean sprouts, stir fry for a while, pour in a bowl of boiling water, add poached eggs and cook for 5 minutes;
4. Add a little salt and oyster sauce to taste, and add chopped green onion.
