I like Su Xiang's. But Moxiang does a lot of advertising so it seems like the brand has a bit of a reputation. Also Ugly Boy in Jiangnan says it's good. The shortbread is good right out of the oven, but the flavor deteriorates significantly after it cools. Jiangnan has the general store for Jinhua shortbread, and all the brands are there. However, in the past few years in Jinhua I have found that the best shortbread is not in these stores anymore, but in the rural countryside. I remember another trip to a rural village in Xiaoshun Township, Jindong, in 2007, and the shortbread at the entrance to the village was superb! Much better than the ones produced in these stores. The big and small ones are each good in their own way, some people like the big ones and some like the small ones.
