Ingredients: 3 oysters, half garlic and 6g rice wine.
1. Soak the live oysters in tap water for more than 8 hours, and then brush off the mud outside the oysters with a brush.
2. Cut the oyster with an oyster knife. If there is something dirty, just wash it.
3. Open all the oysters and rinse them.
4. Grind garlic into minced garlic, put it on the oysters, add some rice wine, and you can go fishy. Then put it in the oven, double tube 160 degrees, and bake for 7 minutes.
The roasted oyster meat has just been cut and tastes as tender as raw oyster meat.
