Ingredients:Amaranth, water, dried chili, garlic, oil.
1. Prepare fresh amaranth and clean it. As shown in the picture below.
2. Blanch the cleaned amaranth in boiling water as shown in the picture below.
3. Put the blanched amaranth into cold water as shown in the picture below.
4. Pour oil in a pan and add dried chili and garlic to the pan, as shown in the picture below.
5. Stir fry the amaranth in the wok as shown below.
6. The fragrant amaranth is ready as shown below.
