Ingredients for Onion Beef Patties

Beef tenderloin 250g Onion 100g

Egg 1 Butter 10g

Wine 10ml Salt 5g

Soy Sauce 22ml Flour 20g

Cooking Oil 20ml Tomato Sauce 20g

Warm Boiled Water 10ml

Onion Beef Patties Directions

Step 1

Wash and slice the beef tenderloin, then chop it.

Step 2

Wash and dice the onion.

Step 3

Add 10 grams of butter to a pan and melt it over low heat, then pour in the onions. (Butter adds a creamy flavor. If you don't have it, you can replace it with other cooking oil.)

Sauté the diced onion and set aside.

Add 1 egg, 5g salt, 10ml cooking wine and 20ml soy sauce to the minced beef.

Mix well with chopsticks.

Pour in the sauteed diced onion.

Add another 20 grams of flour.

Pour in 10 ml cooking oil and mix well with chopsticks.
