Made a little fancy margarita cookie today. Margaritas are a small baking starter treat with a simple recipe that is almost impossible to fail, and the entrance is crunchy and powdery. If you find it cumbersome to work with gradients like this, you can just make plain or cocoa flavors.
Materials:
50g butter, 20g powdered sugar (30g if you like sweet), 45g low-flour, 45g cornstarch, 1 cooked egg yolk, 2g cocoa powder
Methods:
1. Whip until smooth, sift in the low-flour and cornstarch cooked egg yolks sifted.
2. Sift the cornstarch and cooked egg yolks with a spatula and knead into a ball, sift 1g of cocoa powder into 2/3 of the dough, knead well and then divide it into two halves, half of it and then pennant 1g of cocoa powder, knead it into a tricolor dough.
3. Roll out the dough into a 35cm strip and flatten it, stack it in order of depth, turn it 90 degrees to look at the side, cut it into 16 pieces, and then form it into a round shape to keep the three colors on the surface.
4. Place on a baking sheet and press with your thumbs, press the shape, bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes and let cool and store in a sealed container
