The making method and materials of sausage are as follows:

Tools/Materials: 1500g pork leg, 30g sheep casing, 30g cooking wine, 80g sugar, 10g dark soy sauce, 30 grams of light soy sauce, 10 grams of pepper powder, 40 grams of salt, 80 grams of white wine, knife, and meat grinder.

1. Wash the pork and cut into pieces with a knife, as shown in the picture below.
