Method for making gluten
Raw materials:
200 grams of flour, 3 grams of salt and proper amount of water.
Practice:
1, add a little salt to the flour; Salt is added to make the noodles more tough.
2, add the right amount of water;
3. Make dough and simmer for 20 minutes;
4. Add water with the amount less than dough 1/2;
5, repeatedly rubbing, grasping and kneading, washing out gluten;
6. Drain the water with a hedge;
