Ceng Zhiwei, born in Hong Kong on April 0/953 14, is a film and television actor, screenwriter, director, producer and host, a member of Guangzhou CPPCC, honorary president of Kanghong Chenxi Football Team, founder of Hong Kong Star Football Team, vice chairman of Hong Kong Film Awards Organizing Committee and former president of Hong Kong Artists Association. 1992 starred in A Tale of Two Cities with Alan Tam and Maggie Cheung and won the Best Actor in the Hong Kong Film Awards; Starting from 1995, he began to host the variety show "Winner" for TVB. 1997 won the Golden Horse Award in Taiwan and the Best Supporting Actor Award in Hong Kong Film Awards for his role as the gangster Brother Leopard in Sweet Honey.
