Plum blossom pork can be made into barbecued pork, which is particularly delicious. The specific method is as follows:

1. Simply clean the plum blossom meat, drain it, and cut it into palm-sized pieces. When buying meat, remember to ask the butcher to remove the skin. When making barbecued pork, plum blossom meat is the best, followed by pork belly.
2. Use a toothpick to poke some small holes in the plum blossom meat. Make holes on both sides of the meat to make it easier to pickle the meat.
3. Prepare a deep bowl, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey and red fermented bean curd juice, mix briefly and evenly. I prefer this sauce to using barbecued pork sauce, it's much cheaper than barbecued pork sauce.
4. Put the plum blossom pork into the barbecued pork sauce and marinate for about 4 hours, turning it over twice in the middle, so that the plum blossom meat can absorb the flavor better. If you are in a hurry, marinate for at least 2 hours. It is recommended to cook more at a time.
5. Put the marinated plum blossom pork into the rice cooker, and pour the barbecued pork sauce into it as well. Remember not to add water. Press the rice cooker's cooking program and wait about 40 minutes.
6. The cooking process is completed, the barbecued pork is just cooked, and the golden color looks very appetizing. There are some burnt spots on the edges of the barbecued pork, which is normal.
7. Cut the barbecued pork into thin slices before eating and serve it directly or add a little fried peanuts to make a cold dish platter.
