Can potatoes and bean sprouts be fried together?
Potatoes and bean sprouts can be fried together. There is no taboo. You can eat them together if you like. Cooking method: Peel potatoes, shred them and soak them in water for about three minutes. Wash and drain the bean sprouts, and cut the coriander into 2-3cm sections for later use. Add oil to the pan. When the oil is hot, add star anise, chopped green onion and shredded ginger until fragrant. Then, release shredded potatoes and bean sprouts, add a little soy sauce and stir-fry for about half a minute. (You can cover the pan to make the potatoes continuous, and you can leave the potatoes uncovered if you like green. Add the chopped coriander (or garlic sprout, adding some green to increase appetite) and stir-fry the food evenly, then serve.
