1. Ingredients: 20 dried morels, 100g lean meat, appropriate amount of green onion, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of oil.
2. Cut the lean meat into shreds and marinate it with oil, salt and cooking wine for a while. Soak the morels in advance, cut them in half, and prepare shredded ginger and green onions.
3. Add shredded ginger in the oil pan and fry the shredded meat until it changes color.
4. Pour in the morels and stir-fry.
5. Pour in half a bowl of boiling water, cover and cook over medium heat for four to five minutes.
