Ingredients

4 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 heads of garlic, crushed, 4 cans of small tomatoes (400g), 175g of tomato paste, 1 handful of fresh parsley, chopped , half a teaspoon of salt, 100 ml of red wine

Method

1. Use a large pot to heat the olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and sauté for a few minutes, being careful not to burn the garlic.

2. Pour the tomatoes and sauce into the pot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add parsley, salt and red wine. Turn to low heat and simmer, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.
