Suitable for ceramic containers, glass containers, plastic steel containers and stainless steel containers. Copper, iron and aluminum containers and toxic containers are prohibited.
get materials ready
1. Add water to 10 kg of loose liquor (raw water, cold boiled water, mineral water and softened water can be used) to reduce the degree by about 25%(v/v), and put it into a container larger than 15L for later use.

soak

filter

Sugar blending
Add 2 kg of water to white sugar, stir it until it boils, and it turns yellowish. After the sugar water cools, slowly add it into hawthorn wine, and taste it while stirring until it suits your taste. (The same as xylitol and sweetener)

Hawthorn wine can be drunk after mixing sugar, and the remaining wine is sealed in a glass container and stored in a cool place.
