Prepare ingredients: celery, dried tofu, red pepper, bean paste, pepper noodles, salt, sugar, chicken essence.
Wash the dried tofu and cut it into slices about 2 mm thick.
Wash the red peppers and remove the stems, remove the seeds and cut into shreds with a diagonal knife.
