How to make spaghetti with cream bacon and mushrooms?

I chose No.3 spaghetti of 250g, which is about enough for four girls. The thickness of No.3 spaghetti is the most suitable for this kind of spaghetti.
Fresh cream
Choose animal whipped cream, small box, because I made this box about three or four times before I used it up. The shelf life of whipped cream is short, and the big box will be wasted.
Cheese crumbs/cheese powder
Not necessary, but it can add rich flavor. The selected Eton cheese is salty, so the amount of salt will be reduced in the later seasoning. Everyone should combine the taste of the cheese they choose to season.
bacon
Try to choose a slightly thinner one, so that there won't be too much oil and greasy noodles when frying in the later stage. I bought it myself, which is a little too fat.
Food preparation
Garlic cloves are finely chopped.
Cut Tricholoma into two coin-thick pieces.
Tricholoma will become smaller when heated, so it will keep a certain thickness and have a better taste after being slightly cut and fried.
Bacon sliced two fingers wide.
Bacon will also become smaller after being fried, and it will become too small after being cut too small and cooked.
Making sauce: fried bacon
Stir-fry bacon slowly on low heat until the edge of bacon is slightly yellow.
The bacon I chose is too fat, and there is too much oil after frying. If you have too much oil like me, I suggest skimming some and leaving only a little oil to fry mushrooms in the pot.
Making sauce: stir-fried mushrooms
Stir-fry mushrooms on low fire until they are soft, and stir-fry them on high fire will easily paste.
Making sauce: seasoning
Add minced garlic first, stir-fry slightly, and make it fragrant.
Add the cream and stir until the cream can hang the mushrooms as shown in the picture. Add the amount of cream to hang the mushrooms and bacon as shown in the picture, and there is still some left to hang the noodles.
Seasoning according to personal taste, add a little salt and black pepper.
Cooking spaghetti: boiling water and adding salt
For the amount of salt added, refer to the pot of water on my drawing, and the spoon on the drawing is a spoonful and a half of salt.
Boiled spaghetti
It takes about 8- 10min to cook on high fire, but it is recommended to take it out and taste it.
Cooking spaghetti: take it out and control the water.
Mixed sauce
Stir-fry over low heat until the sauce is slightly dried and completely wrapped in pasta, to the extent shown in the picture.
