Exercise:
1. Soak dried bracken for 24 hours, wash and cut into sections.
2. Slice pork belly and ginger.
3. Pour a little oil into the pot and stir-fry the pork belly and ginger slices together.
4. Stir fry until golden on both sides.
5. Pour in two spoonfuls of Lee Kum Kee seafood sauce.
6. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, stir-fry 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and meat, and color.
7. Pour in bracken and stir fry for about 2 minutes.
8. Add the right amount of salt.
9. Add a proper amount of water to simmer (the water is less than about one-third of the bracken).
10. 10 minutes Cover, sprinkle a little chicken essence and stir-fry evenly to collect juice, and finally sprinkle with minced garlic.
