4 teaspoons paprika (paprika)
2 teaspoons garlic salt (garlic
salt) -(garlic salt: a mixture of garlic powder, salt, and starch)
1 teaspoon ginger powder (ground
ginger)
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl,
dip the chicken pieces in the beaten egg mixture,
and then dip them well in the bread crumbs,
Finally place in the large bowl in which you just mixed all the ingredients.
Crank the oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the chicken pieces on a baking sheet and cover with tinfoil (shiny side out),
and bake for 40 minutes,
remove the tinfoil and bake for another 35 minutes,
remove from the oven and lightly coat with oil, then place in the oven and bake for 5 minutes
