Materials to be prepared: sweet potato powder, alum, mint essence (available in general pharmacies) and brown sugar.
Equipment to be prepared: kettle, bucket, stick (at least 2 cm in diameter), white gauze, and a small washbasin can be made at home.
Step 1: Boil water (the ratio of sweet potato powder to water is 1:4).
Step 2: Melt the sweet potato powder in water four hours in advance, filter the impurities with gauze, and pour out the water after precipitation. If the time cannot be advanced, you can also put less water and filter impurities through gauze. The bean flour cake made after filtering impurities is crystal clear. If you don't care about looking good, you can omit this step. Bold (the fusion standard of powder and water ~ stick thick with your fingers to better match the strings).
Step 3: put the thicken in a bucket (it is best to use a cylinder because it is heavy and the bottom is more stable). Before adding hot water (boiling), keep stirring the thicken, pour in half of the boiling water, stir for 30 seconds, then pour in the rest of the boiling water, and add alum (add 1-2 grams of sweet potato powder to add more flavor). The whole stirring process cannot stop. Stir for about 3-5 minutes to see if the bean flour cake is cooked. It's better not to see the white powder.
Step 4: Put the stirred bean flour cake into a basin or other container for shaping and wait for cooling. After cooling, soak in water or directly cut into small squares by boneless method.
Step 5: It is best to melt the brown sugar with boiling water to thicken it. A mint essence can be boiled in cold water in a small teapot. When you sprinkle a little in each bowl, you will feel like flying away.
