3. Cross the upper limbs forward, lift them horizontally to both sides, then lift them above the head, then bend your elbows, touch the pillow with your hands and restore them;
4. Cross your fingers and hold each other, raise your head and put it on the back of the pillow, move your elbows back and forth inside and outside, push them out as far as possible, and repeat several times;
5, facing the wall, the toes are about 20-30 cm away from the wall, the fingers of the affected limb touch the wall, climb up, climb as high as possible, restore, turn 90 degrees in situ, the side of the affected limb faces the wall, and the fingers try to climb up along the wall and restore;
6, back against the wall, elbow bent 90 degrees, upper arm close to the trunk and wall, palm up, outward, try to touch the wall with the tip of your thumb, and then palm down to make your thumb touch the upper abdomen;
Periarthritis of shoulder, namely scapulohumeral periarthritis, refers to extensive aseptic inflammation caused by soft tissue injury around shoulder joint. The main clinical manifestations are shoulder pain, tenderness, limited shoulder movement, and even muscle atrophy and spasm. Periarthritis of shoulder mostly occurs around 50 years old, so it is also called "fifty shoulders", and there are more women than men, and the left side is more than the right side. Clinically, early shoulder discomfort is easily overlooked, delaying treatment and forming chronic diseases.
