Main ingredients: wax gourd and tofu. Accessories: vegetable oil, bean paste, 2 shallots, 2g ginger, 2 cloves garlic, starch 10g, soy sauce 5g, sugar 1g, starch water 20g and pepper powder 20g.

Wash wax gourd, peel it and cut it into hob blocks.

Cut tender tofu into pieces

Wash onion, ginger and garlic and cut into powder.

Heat the oil to 70% in a hot pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, and add bean paste to stir-fry red oil.
