Shao is the author of "Twenty-four Solar Terms Health Care Recipe", which is published by Light Industry Press. In China, people used to call the period from the day of beginning of spring to the day of long summer as spring, including six solar terms: beginning of spring, rain, fright, vernal equinox, Qingming and Grain Rain.
