Ingredients: fish, onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt, cooking wine, garlic sprout and monosodium glutamate.
Exercise:
1. Cut the washed fish into pieces, add appropriate amount of salt, white pepper, cooking wine and shredded ginger and marinate for half an hour.
2. Marinated fish is mixed with appropriate amount of starch, and onion, ginger and garlic are washed and chopped.
3. Put the oil in the pot, add the fish pieces, fry them on low heat until they are golden on both sides, and remove them for later use.
4. Put oil in another pot and fry shallots, ginger and garlic. Put the fried fish pieces into the pot and stir well.
5. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, a little starch, vinegar, and appropriate amount of water into juice.

Sweet and sour pineapple chicken nuggets
Ingredients: chicken leg, pineapple, chopped green onion, ginger slices, garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp cooking wine.
Exercise:
1, boneless chicken leg cut into small pieces, chopped green onion, ginger slices and minced garlic. Mix chicken leg meat, chopped green onion, ginger slices, minced garlic, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 2 tablespoons cooking wine, and let stand for a few minutes.
2. Pour about 200 grams of starch into a container, add 1 egg to the starch (starch will not agglomerate in this order), stir the eggs and starch into a batter, pour the salted chicken with seasoning into the batter, and then stir evenly.
