Recipe practice:

Flammulina velutipes fat beef
Composition:
300 grams of Flammulina velutipes, 250 grams of fat beef slices, 6 grams of garlic, 3 grams of chopped green onion, one spoonful of bean paste and two spoonfuls of oil.

Composition:

1. If the steak is frozen, please put it in the freezer to thaw naturally.
2. Wipe the thawed steak with kitchen paper.
