Ingredients: a lobster, some rice and a handful of vegetables.
Seasoning: onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, salt, broth and white pepper.
Preparation: Wash the small vegetables and cut them into pieces.

1. Pour oil into the pan and heat it. First, add onion, ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Stir-fry the lobster until it turns red, then cook the cooking wine. Pour in the broth and bake, then simmer for about 5 minutes.

Ingredients: a lobster, appropriate amount of rice, chopped vegetables, shredded ham, washed and shredded fresh mushrooms.
Seasoning: ginger slices, garlic cloves, salt and white pepper.
Exercise and Steps:
1, first saute ginger slices and garlic cloves with a little oil, then add lobster pieces and add a little cooking wine to stir fry. When the lobster shell turns red, add some water and cook until the lobster meat turns white and the soup tastes good. It takes about 15 minutes to do it well. Boil it with high fire first, and then cook it slowly with low fire.
2. When making soup, add a frying pan, add shredded ham, chopped green vegetables and fresh mushrooms, and stir-fry until the flame is turned off. When the soup is cooked, pour in the cooked rice. When the rice is cooked, pour in the fried food. Season with salt and white pepper.
