Japanese Tofu, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, sesame oil, dried pepper, pickled mustard tuber, chopped green onion and shrimp
Method 1. Heat oil in a pot, fry the sliced Yu Zi Tofu in the oil until golden on both sides, and set the plate.
2. put the cane, sugar and salt in a small bowl and mix well.
3. pour sesame oil into the pot, crush dried pepper, mustard tuber and chopped green onion, stir fry until fragrant, then pour into the seasoning bowl and mix well.
4. pour the mixed seasoning into the tofu, sprinkle with shrimp, mix well when eating, and just dip it in the juice!
Method 2, tofu with minced meat and jade seeds
Materials
1. 3 pieces of Yu Zi tofu;
2. 2g minced meat;
3. Garlic has two or three petals;
4. A little chopped green onion;
5. Seasoning: oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper and cooking wine.
Practice
1. Marinate the minced meat with a little pepper, salt and light soy sauce for a while;
2. Yu Zi tofu is cut into round pieces; (I don't like to eat thick-cut Yu Zi tofu, so I usually cut it thin, but I should be extra careful when frying it.)
3. Heat the oil pan, fry the tofu until both sides are golden, pour a little soy sauce before serving, stir it gently and serve it on the plate for later use;
4. Stir-fry garlic in another oil pan, add the marinated minced meat, sprinkle with cooking wine, and stir-fry until the fragrance is cooked;
5. While frying minced meat, mix a small bowl of sauce, including oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch and water;
6. Pour the previously fried Yu Zi bean curd into the pot, sprinkle with diced green onion, pour in the sauce stirred in the method 5, stir well a little, and serve.
Method 3: Baibaoyuzi Tofu
Material
One tube of Yu Zi Tofu (245g), 1 cup of stock, 1 tsp of cooking wine, 1 onion, 1 dried mushroom, 5 medium-sized shrimps, less than half a carrot, 2 tablespoons of peas, 2 tablespoons of corn, 2 white mushrooms, appropriate amount of salt, 1 tsp of starch and white rice. Wash, peel and dice carrots. Dice shrimps and mushrooms, and mince onions.
2. Cut the packaged Yu Zi tofu from the middle, then squeeze the tofu out of the tube and cut it into 1 cm round pieces.
3. code the tofu slices in the pan, pour in the stock and cooking wine, boil over low heat for 5-1 minutes, take out the tofu and code it on the plate, and put the remaining stock aside.
4. Heat the wok, add 2 teaspoons of oil, stir-fry the shrimps and put them away for later use.
5. add 1 tsp of oil to the pot, stir-fry chives, add diced carrots and stir-fry for half a minute, add mushrooms and stir-fry, add diced mushrooms, corn, peas and white pepper, and add tofu-cooked stock and simmer for 3-4 minutes until carrots are soft and cooked.
6. add a proper amount of salt to taste, pour in the fried shrimps and mix well. add a little water to the starch and mix well, then thicken it in the pan, pour the sesame oil over it and pour it on the packed tofu.
