Eight small ribs, 1 melon, 1 carrot, half onion, 3-5 garlic, a slice of ginger, a little cooking wine, a little salt, a little white pepper and 3-4 liters of water.
working methods
1: preparation materials: scald the ribs with boiling water, drain the blood and wash them for later use. Peel the melon, remove the seeds in the middle and cut into pieces. Peel and cut carrots. Cut the onion and set it aside. Method 1: Stir-fry onions in a soup pot with a little oil. Add drained ribs, garlic, ginger slices, bay leaves and water to the same pot and stew for about 45 minutes to an hour. Method 2: Save the step of frying the onion, directly put the onion, blood-removed ribs, garlic, ginger slices, bay leaves and water into the pot and stew for 45 minutes to an hour.
