1. Wash a proper amount of wax gourd with clear water, peel and cut into pieces, add a small amount of oil to the pot, heat the oil, add the cut wax gourd pieces, stir-fry over high fire for about 2 minutes until the wax gourd pieces are slightly soft, and take them out for later use.
2. Start the pot again, add a small amount of oil and half a bowl of water, put 2 spoonfuls of sugar into the pot, turn on a small fire and slowly boil out the sugar color, then pour in the fried wax gourd and stir fry until the color is the highest.
3. Use 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, less than half a spoonful of sugar, half a spoonful of soy sauce, a proper amount of salt and chicken essence, and less than half a bowl of water to make juice. Pour into the pot, cover the lid and simmer for about 2 minutes.
4. Add appropriate amount of pepper and millet pepper rings, stir well and then take out the pot. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, and a plate of bright and attractive stewed melon will be ready.
