Cold wheat straw
Ingredients: 500g of Agropyron cristatum.
Accessories: 5 grams of fried soybeans, 3 grams of cooked sesame seeds, chopped pepper sauce 1 spoon, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, half a spoon of white vinegar, 5 grams of roasted sesame salad juice, and 30 grams of boiled water.
Practice steps:
1. Prepare raw materials
2. Wash the wheat straw and cut it into small pieces.
3. Use a rolling pin to grind the fried soybeans into pieces.
4. In a small bowl, add homemade chopped Chili sauce and roasted sesame salad juice.
5. Add light soy sauce, white vinegar, cooked sesame seeds, chopped watercress and cold boiled water, and stir well.
6. Dip in the sauce and you can eat it.
Tip:
1, soybeans and sesame seeds have been fried with low fire in advance. Add a little here to make the sauce more fragrant;
2, the practice of homemade chopped pepper sauce refers to my homemade chopped pepper recipe. I add the cooked soybean sauce to the homemade jar of chopped peppers. When I used it as a seasoning for cold salad, I added sesame seeds to this chopped pepper, a little chopped bean paste and hot rapeseed oil to make my own chopped pepper paste.
Agropyron salad
Ingredients: 300g of Agropyron cristatum, half a tomato, half a lemon, 20 blueberries and 0/2 salted cashews.
Accessories: appropriate amount of olive oil
Practice steps:
1. Prepare raw materials
2. Cut the tomatoes and slice the lemons.
3. Tear the wheat straw into small pieces by hand, and add the cut tomatoes and lemons.
Add washed blueberries.
5. Pour in proper amount of olive oil.
6. Add salted cashews and stir well. Serve.
Tip:
1, Agropyron cristatum is a very strange vegetable. Its appearance is somewhat similar to that of Andrographis paniculata, except that there are many small dewdrops on its surface. There are many ways to make Agropyron cristatum, which can be fried or boiled, but the crisp taste of Agropyron cristatum can be preserved best when eaten raw.
2. Because wheat straw itself is rich in natural plant salt, it will have a slight salty taste at the entrance, so there is no need to add extra salt in the cold mixing process.
