(1) Ingredients: 6 shrimps, 2 eggs, 1 bowl of boiled water, 2 shallots, 5g soy sauce and 5g sesame oil;
(2) Step: Thaw the shrimp, mince the onion, shell the eggs, break them up, pour in boiling water and 1 teaspoon seafood juice, and stir well. Sieve the egg liquid for 2-3 times to remove bubbles and floating foam on the surface to see if the egg liquid is smooth. 2. Shrimp with broccoli:
(1) Ingredients: shrimp 100g, broccoli 1, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 millet peppers, cooking wine 15g, pepper 5g, spicy juice 10g and salt 5g;
(2) Step: After the shrimp is thawed, marinate it with cooking wine and pepper for 10 minute, and chop the millet pepper for later use. Soak broccoli in salt water 10 minute, wash and break into small pieces. Boil hot water, add a little salt, blanch broccoli 1 min, remove and drain. Heat oil in a hot pot, pour in half of minced garlic and stir-fry until it changes color. Pour in broccoli, stir-fry for half a minute, add hot sauce and stir-fry to taste.
