Ingredients
5 carrots, 1 piece of pork, 2 garlic, 1 shallot, 1 green onion
Method
1. Cut carrots into thin slices, slice pork, mince garlic, shred shallots, and cut green onions into sections.
2. Marinate the meat slices with light soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch for 15 minutes. Add oil and stir-fry until cooked, dip in a little white wine, remove from pot and set aside.
3. Saute the garlic until fragrant, add the carrot slices and stir-fry until cooked. Season with salt and stir-fry evenly. Add the meat slices and stir-fry together.
4. Finally, add oyster sauce and a little soy sauce and mix well. Add the green onions and stir-fry twice before serving.
