2. Process the ingredients, shred the ham, beat the eggs, chop the tomatoes, and shred the fungus.
3. Add oil to the pot and sauté the chopped green onions.
4. Add tomatoes and stir-fry until it becomes paste.
5. Add black fungus and shredded ham and stir-fry.
6. Add an appropriate amount of water, and then add a piece of old hen-flavored soup for seasoning.
7. After boiling, pour in the water starch, boil again, add the egg liquid, and stir well to form an egg drop shape.
