Beat the steak with the back of a knife for one minute, and coat both sides with olive oil, pepper and salt for 2 hours (you can also buy marinated steak in the supermarket).

Add a small amount of olive oil to the remaining butter, drain the cow, fry the front side for 2min, and fry the back side for 1min (the time can be increased or decreased according to your own taste). Add barbecue sauce and black pepper sauce to the plate.
