Small stir-fried cabbage, large stewed cabbage, braised pork, soft-boiled eggs, spinach scrambled eggs, chicken stewed with potatoes. There are many dishes you can make and they are quite simple. I will just write down what I like to eat.
The amount of ingredients in the dish should be determined according to the size of your meal.
Large stewed cabbage:
Cut some Chinese cabbage into large pieces. Some pork, cut into slices or chunks. Anyway, you eat it by yourself, don’t worry too much about the shape of the dish. Make some vermicelli, blanch it in boiling water until soft and cut into appropriate sizes (you can also add vermicelli).
Heat oil, sauté the green onion, add cabbage and stir-fry until soft, add appropriate amount of water, add pork vermicelli, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt. You can also add a little star anise or five-spice noodles, then cover the pot and eat after the meat is simmered. That's probably it.
Scrambled eggs with spinach:
Put some spinach off and clean the roots. Beat one or two eggs and add appropriate amount of salt.
Heat oil, sauté the green onions, add spinach and stir-fry until soft, add appropriate amount of salt, MSG, add eggs, stir-fry until cooked.
Water-fat eggs:
Beat some eggs. Some dried shrimps (if you don’t have dried shrimps, pork or ham can be used, cut into small cubes. If it’s not possible, you can just use eggs, but the taste will be a little monotonous.)
Heat the pot, add appropriate amount of cold water, Pour in eggs, dried shrimps, add an appropriate amount of salt (shrimps are salty, add too much salt), cook over high heat and it's done. The cooking time can be long or short, the best time is longer, which will also make the eggs chewier. , and the flavor of dried shrimp can be better absorbed into the soup. You can also add some black fungus when cooking. If you like, you can add a few drops of sesame oil after cooking.
Stir-fried cabbage:
Cut some cabbage into shreds. Pork, shredded. Coriander (if available), cut into sections.
Heat oil and sauté the green onion; add the shredded pork and stir-fry until white. Add cabbage and stir-fry. When cooked, add salt, vinegar, monosodium glutamate and coriander. Stir-fry until fragrant and remove from the pan.
I will write these for now. My hometown is in rural Shandong. In the past, in winter, the only vegetables available were cabbage and spinach. I ate Chinese cabbage all winter long.
