Tomato and pumpkin risotto
operation sequence/order
Step 1: steam rice with germ rice. I am germ rice. Put it in a bowl and steam with water for 20 minutes.
Step 2: Peel the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. I use tomatoes from Provence, and I get rid of a lot of them. Sometimes I peel and cut tomatoes with cherry tomatoes. Cut the pumpkin in Beibei into pieces, and cut it into smaller pieces, so that it will be cooked faster.
Step 3: put avocado oil in the pot, fry tomatoes in hot oil, and add a little soy sauce.
Step 4: Add pumpkin, stir-fry, heat the water until the ingredients are ineffective, and stew for 10 minute.
Step 5: After the pumpkin is cooked, add the steamed germ rice and take the juice out of the pot. Finally sprinkle with laver and sesame powder.
