Ingredients: Lycium barbarum, jujube, pepper, onion and ginger.
Exercise:
1. Wash black-bone chicken after eviscerating. Peel and cut the yam into pieces and soak it in clear water to avoid discoloration. Wash the medlar for later use. Slice onion and ginger.
2. Pour enough water into the casserole, add the black-bone chicken, boil it, and skim off the floating foam.
3. Add Fructus Lycii, Fructus Jujubae, Fructus Zanthoxyli, Herba Alii Fistulosi and Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, and simmer for 2 hours.
4. Add yam and season with salt.
