The second step; Heat the wok, add cold water to boil, put the chopped asparagus into the wok, then sprinkle some salt in the water, then gently blanch the water and take out the asparagus.
The third step; Pour the water out of the pot, add a proper amount of base oil, then stir-fry asparagus quickly in the pot, sprinkle with salt, thicken with starch, and pour sesame oil out of the pot.
