Steps of carrot and shrimp bean curd soup
1. Wash and shred carrots, cut tofu into small pieces, wash fresh shrimps for later use, and cut coriander into foam.
2. Put a little oil in the hot pot, add shredded carrots and stir fry for a while.
3. Add a proper amount of hot water, just before the radish, add a small amount of laver, boil over medium heat, and add fresh shrimp.

Radish and shrimp bean curd soup
Raw materials:
Radish, fresh tofu, fresh shrimp, onion, ginger, coriander.
Exercise:
1, radish and tofu sliced and blanched;
