There are many steps, but it's not difficult to do. Some materials can be prepared in advance, so it's easy to do.
Chocolate Qifeng (6 inches):
Ingredients: 55g low-gluten flour, 3 eggs, 40g milk, 30g corn oil, 45g white sugar, 5g cocoa powder and a little lemon juice.
Step: 1. Stir milk and corn oil until emulsified, sift in low-gluten flour and cocoa powder, and stir well.
2. Separate the egg yolk and egg white, add the egg yolk into the batter and stir evenly;
3. Send the egg white, drop a few drops of lemon juice to remove the fishy smell, add the white sugar in three times, and send it to hard foaming;
4. Take one-third of the protein and batter and mix them evenly, then pour the rest of the protein back and mix them evenly, pour it into a mold and shake it to make big bubbles, and put it into an oven preheated in advance at 160 degrees for 40-45 minutes; (The oven must be preheated in advance)
5. After baking, shake off the hot air, then back-buckle, and then demould after cooling;
Wine-stained cherry
Cherry 150g, rum 40ml, white sugar 20g, the above materials are soaked together and put in the refrigerator for one night.
Chocolate crumbs:
80g of dark chocolate, melted in water, poured into a small bowl, frozen and solidified in the refrigerator, and then scraped out chocolate crumbs with a spoon. It must be put in the refrigerator for later use in hot weather.
Chocolate cream:
50g of black chocolate, 250g of whipped cream, and 0/2g of white sugar/kloc.
Steps: 1. Cut the chocolate into pieces and put it in a basin enough to beat the whipped cream;
2. Add white sugar to the light cream and heat it to a big roll with a thick-bottomed milk pan;
3. Pour the cooked whipped cream into the chocolate, and stir vigorously with an eggbeater until it is uniform;
4. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator for overnight;
5. Send it until there are clear lines;
Assembly:
Cut Qifeng cake into 3 pieces, and brush the cake pieces with a layer of cherry wine > Spread a layer of cream > Wine-stained cherry >: Cream, repeat the step, spread chocolate cream on the surface of the cake and sprinkle with chocolate chips;
