Recipe

1 1/2 ounces gin

1/2 ounce Suze

1/4 ounce lime liqueur

1 drop of Angostura bitters

Tonic water

Garnish: lime wedge

Directions

Combine all ingredients except the tonic water in a Collins glass

Stir gently with ice

Fill with tonic water

Garnish with lime wedge

Mix the sugar 1:1:1 with lime juice and pisco to get a lime liqueur, Suze goes very well with gin, and it will also make your gin and tonic even more special.
